Saanich neighbourhoods we deliver to
We deliver to all neighbourhoods in Saanich, including Blenkinsop, Cadboro Bay, Carey, Cordova Bay, Gordon Head, North Quadra, Quadra, Royal Oak, Rural Saanich, Saanich Core, Shelbourne and Tillicum.
Pieces come at our standard 15"–16" length unless you ask for shorter ones, and nothing is cut longer than 16". Cuts under 12" cost extra, and the splitter sets the width.
Sizing up a 2.5-cord load
Before a bigger delivery, it helps to picture the pile.
Stacked, it’s 320 cubic feet
One full cord is 4 ft high, 4 ft deep and 8 ft long: 128 cubic feet. Two and a half of those come to 320 cubic feet of stacked wood.
It comes off the truck loose
We dump the wood rather than stack it, so the pile needs more ground than 320 cubic feet of tidy rows would.
Clear the way
Keep the drop spot clear, and leave a clear path the truck can back up to and back out of again.
